Join us for a tour of Pete & Lynn Mayo's famous carrot farm. In addition to growing abundant and delicious carrots, the Mayos grow many other vegetables, have a greenhouse full of tomatoes, and operate off the grid with solar power and a battery bank. Come see their fine-tuned process, from their home-made carrot washer to the cold storage that keeps their produce fresh for the market.
