Aging at Home Fairbanks (AAH Fairbanks) is a member organization offering support for older adults to live independently and remain engaged in their community.

Members remain socially connected, informed and open to new learning opportunities through social events, special interests groups, lectures, and discussions.

Members receive social support services that they need to remain in their homes as they age. Many services are provided by our wonderful volunteers; for services that our beyond our volunteer's capacities, there is a list of screened paid providers.

Aging at Home Fairbanks' Fall Fundraiser: Meals for Seniors

On July 1, the Senior Center lost $82,000 from a covid-related funding stream that had allowed them to keep up with the growing demand for Meals On Wheels. Their waitlist is long and growing. We can help! If AAH members and friends donate, together we can give the MOW program a boost for this year. All donation amounts are needed and appreciated, but $100 will provide one month of meals, 5 days a week, for one person.

We know the generosity of AAH members and friends and thank you in advance for your support!

Donate by credit card on our Donations page, or by calling AAH at 907.799.4026.

Checks should be made payable to Aging at Home Fairbanks, with MOW in the memo line. You can mail or deliver your check to Aging at Home Fairbanks’s new office at the Fairbanks Senior Center, 1424 Moore St., Fairbanks, AK 99701.

Thank you for support of this essential local service. Meals on Wheels is a program of The Fairbanks Senior Center, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
